In the European Union the minimum compulsory warranty given for luminaires is 2 years. If for some reason, the supplier gives you something else, then you probably need to redefine your partners.
Our fixtures are covered with 5 years operating and brightness Guarantee. Under certain conditions we can expand the operating guarantee up to 10 years. The useful life of products used, is much longer than 5 years. This arises from the specifications of the raw materials used. On the side of the light sources (Led) raw materials have Lm80/10 > 50.000 hours and up to Lm80/10 > 100.000, depending on the type of lighting. The power supplies we select have a 5 years warranty and are manufactured for 50,000 or 100,000 operation hours. The fixtures are made for operating 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. Finally, apart from the warranty we provide, you can refer to our client list, for reference to their respective technical departments.
